I recommend starting off with practicing the Firm Limits, all individuals are unique they learn and acquire skills at different rates. Choose a pace that is comfortable for all of you. For some it may be adding 1 or 2 rules a week and then consistently adding other ones simultaneously. CHANGE is stressful for everyone even if it is a positive change. Mistakes are bound to happen which is OKAY. Work for improvement, not perfection.
